ORDERS & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Renwall Studios!
We will handle your order within seven (7) days of the order issuing date. We use Posti as our courier and it will deliver your order to your closest location. Please allow a few days for the package to arrive.
If there are any issues with the order, for example we have sent you the tracking link but the parcel has not arrived or has lost, please contact Posti's customer service and us for assistance.
We do not offer returns or refunds on our vintage items and all the sales are final.
However, you may cancel your order, if the parcel has not left our location and/or we have not sent you an order confirmation with the tracking link within 7 days.
The deadline for canceling an order is seven (7) days from the order issuing date, unless the order has already been sent.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, let us know about it via email at hello(at)renwallstudios.com. Please include the information details you provided at checkout, such as your full name, phone number, address and the item(s) you ordered.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day the order cancellation was processed. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, but an order cancellation fee of 2,50€ will be deducted.
